East:
Coming from the east, Vail is generally accessed via Interstate 70 through Denver. From Denver, take I-70 west through the mountains. Vail is less than 100 miles away from Denver.
West:
Traveling eastbound take I-70 through Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs. From Glenwood Springs, Vail is a 50-minute drive.
South:
From the south, there are a variety of routes to Vail. From southern Colorado, take I-25 north to Denver and then go west on I-70 for approximately 100 miles. For a scenic route, take Highway 522 to Highway 17. From there, the trip to Vail winds through the Arkansas River Valley, over the Continental Divide and through Leadville. Vail is an hour drive from Leadville on a scenic byway.
North:
From northern Colorado, take I-25 south to Denver. From Denver take I-70 west, where Vail is a 100 mile drive through the mountains.

The Vail Village parking structure is located in the heart of Vail Village. You can take a short 10-minute walk, or a quick 5-minute bus ride to get to the venue.
The Ford Lot is located a short 3-minute walk from the amphitheater for easy access to your orchestra concert. Golf carts may be available to transport concertgoers from the parking lot to the venue.

From the Vail Village Parking Structure/Transportation Center via Gore Creek Trail: 10-minute scenic walk
1. Exit the parking garage by following the Pedestrian Exit signs towards “Vail Village” / “Golden Peak”
2. Turn left out of the parking garage onto East Meadow Drive and head east
3. At the end of the road turn right on Vail Valley Drive and cross the road
4. Turn left on the walking path before the bridge, following the street signs towards "Ford Park"
5. Continuing east, follow the walking path along Gore Creek until reaching the amphitheater
From the Vail Village Parking Structure/Transportation Center via Frontage Road: 10-minute walk
1. From the top level of the parking garage, exit onto the South Frontage Road
2. Turn right and follow the sidewalk east along the south side of the frontage road
3. Cross East Meadow Drive and continue east along the sidewalk
4. Turn right after passing The Wren at Vail on the right
5. Continue down the path down to the amphitheater

The Vail Village parking structure is free and located just east of the main Vail exit. (NOT in the Solaris Building)
You can take a short 10-minute walk to the amphitheater along the Gore Creek Trail walking path, or a free 5-minute bus ride from the top of the structure (EXPRESS SHUTTLE).
Please note that masks are still required for riding the bus.

Parking is $10. Please note, the Ford Parking lot generally fills up by 5:30PM.
The Ford Lot is located a short 3-minute walk from the amphitheater for easy access to your orchestra concert. The path is steep, and golf carts may also available to transport concertgoers from the parking lot to the venue.

Option 1: Parking at the Ford Parking Lot is $10. This is the closest and easiest option, although it does fill up (first come first serve). Review the image below for clear direction on where the ADA spots are. Golf carts may be available to run continuously up and down the path and drop off at the venue entrance.
Option 2: Parking in the Vail Village Parking Structure is free. You can park in ADA spots on the upper level, or there are ADA spots peppered throughout the structure. There is a free Ford Park Express bus (ADA compliant) from the upper level of the structure that will take you essentially to the top of the path at Ford Park. Golf carts run continuously up and down this path and drop off at the venue entrance.

Weather Policy
Concerts take place rain or shine. The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is an open-air venue. Refunds are not given due to weather unless a concert is canceled in its entirety with no performance rescheduled.
Concert Cancellation & Refunds
If Bravo! Vail cancels a concert in its entirety without rescheduling, tickets will be refunded.
Program Changes
All programming and artists are subject to change without notice.
Seat Upgrades
Audience members are required to sit in purchased seat location, and may not move to an empty seat. Seat upgrades may be available for sale at the Box Office on a space-available basis. Lawn seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning 60 minutes prior to concert start time.
Disruptive Behavior
We want everyone to enjoy the concert experience! You may be asked to relocate if your behavior is disruptive to other audience members. Disruptive behaviors include talking, making noise, cell phone usage, etc. during the performance. Please take a moment to settle in, turn off your phone, sit back, relax, and take in some of the greatest classical music.

Concerts at Bravo! Vail begin on time. Please allow yourself plenty of time to park and get to the venue. We recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance of concert start time. In order to minimize disturbances to other audience members, latecomers will be admitted between pieces, at the discretion of management.
Electronic Devices
Electronic devices are admitted at the amphitheater, but please refrain from using them during the concert so as not to distract musicians or other audience members. As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phone and any other electronic devices before the concert begins. Flash photography and videography are prohibited.
What are some general rules of concert etiquette?
Above all, we want you to have a beautiful, musically rich concert experience. We ask that all concertgoers help to ensure a mutually enjoyable evening by silencing all devices such as cell phones and watch alarms. Please take time to turn these off prior to performances, so they don’t disrupt musicians and other patrons. Likewise, please limit conversations and other noise-making activities during the music, so everyone can enjoy the concert undisturbed. In the pavilion seating, we recommend eating prior to the concert or at intermission.
Prohibited Items
For your safety and the safety of all of our guests, backpacks, bags, purses, picnic baskets, and coolers will be checked upon entry to Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. The following are not permitted:

Normal box office hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM. During the Festival, box office hours include Saturday & Sunday from 10AM to 4PM. The Bravo! Vail Box Office can be reached at 877.812.5700.
The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater box office is open from 11AM until concert start time (5PM on days with no concerts) beginning mid-June. Tickets for upcoming performances may be purchased on-site before concerts and during concert intermissions.

4th of July Patriotic Concert
Pavilion seat tickets for the July 4th Patriotic Concert featuring the Dallas Symphony Orchestra are sold by the Vail Valley Foundation and may only be purchased at the GRFA Box Office. Ticketing information is forthcoming. Please go to GRFAvail.com for updates. Gates open at 12:30pm and general admission lawn seating is open until venue capacity is reached. The concert begins at 2PM. All proceeds go to support the Vail Veterans Program.

Per the American Disability Act (ADA), the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is accessible to individuals with disabilities. ADA seating is available in Section 1 Row L and Section 4 Row O Premium Aisle, Premium, Reserved, and Saver sections which reflect all reserved seating zones and prices.
A limited number of ADA general admission lawn seats are available for sale behind Section 2; you must have a designated ADA lawn seat ticket in order to sit in this area.
By purchasing an ADA seat, you are stating that you require an ADA seat and if purchased fraudulently, you may be subject to relocation.
